The Australis Suite and Aurora Suite are generously proportioned, both with a separate bedroom featuring a queen size bed. The Australis Suite is the largest at three times the size of the Platinum cabins, while the Aurora Suite is double the space. The suites have been designed decorative timber accents, stone masonry, iron filigree, and coved ceilings that reference traditional cornices.

You are fully immersed in luxury from the moment you step onboard, with a dedicated butler offering personalised service. In-Suite you’ll enjoy an exclusive unpacking service, pillow menu, a private bar curated according to your preferences and in room dining. When you return from your off train experiences you will be greeted by a chilled flute of Champagne Bollinger La Grande Année.

Platinum Club

Exclusively available to Platinum and Aurora Australis guests, the Platinum Club is an elegant, private carriage that captures the romance of classic train travel. Its sophisticated design features quartzite tabletops, timber flooring, brass accents, and leather banquette seating in soft, earthy tones of ash, moss, and sepia.

By day, the carriage serves as a luxurious lounge where guests can unwind, mingle, and admire the ever-changing landscapes through wide panoramic windows. Attentive Platinum Hosts are always on hand to serve a full range of beverages including cocktails, barista-made coffee, and fine Australian wines, while also pointing out scenic highlights along the way.
