Qantas Helpful Information

We have put together a helpful guide of important information you may need before you fly.

Check In

You can check in through the Qantas– Manage My Booking Portal. To access your flight, you will require your Qantas Booking Reference, found on your TripsBeyond documentation as well as your Surname.

For international travel, you require a government-issued Passport with at least 6 months of validity from the date you return to the United Kingdom. Please see our helpful ‘Passports, Visas & FCO advice’ section if you are unsure of your requirements.

Seat Selection

You can choose your seat on a Qantas operated flight at any time before departure the earlier you choose the more options you'll have. Fees may apply based on the seat type.

Free Seat Selection: Passengers who are a Qantas Frequent Flyer can enjoy complimentary standard seat selection when you book on any Qantas operated domestic or international flight departing Australia. If your flight isn't originating in Australia and you're a Platinum One, Platinum, Gold or Silver member, you'll also receive complimentary standard seat selection.
