You can check in through the Qatar– Manage My Booking Portal. To access your flight, you will require your Qatar Booking Reference, found on your TripsBeyond documentation as well as your Surname.
Online Check-In: which we recommend, is available 48 hours prior to departure with free seat reservations, however, this is always subject to availability.
Check-in at the airport: kiosks will open 3 hours before flight departure.
For international travel, you require a government-issued Passport with at least 6 months of validity from the date you return to the United Kingdom. Please see our helpful ‘Passports, Visas & FCO advice’ section if you are unsure of your requirements.
Standard Seat Selection
Standard Seats are complimentary. They include window, aisle and middle seats, and exclude exit and front row seats.
If you are travelling in Economy Comfort or Economy Convenience, you can select a Standard Seat from the moment you book your flight. If you are travelling in Economy Classic, you can select a Standard Seat for a fee.
Preferred Seat Selection
If you are travelling in Business Class you can book seats from the moment you book, depending on the seat you choose this might be subject to a fee.
Seat selection is subject to availability, we recommend pre booking your seats in advance to guarantee your seat preference onboard.
