Nestled at the foot of Wilpena Pound, Rawnsley Park Station is a 12,000-hectare working sheep station in the Flinders Ranges. Offering a variety of accommodation, it features an on-site restaurant and an outdoor pool.

Rawnsley Park Station is situated 18.6 miles from Hawker, which has a general store, a petrol station and a visitor information centre. The tour desk can book scenic flights over Wilpena Pound and four-wheel-drive tours.

The Woolshed Restaurant offers modern Australian cuisine, such as marinated kangaroo fillet, steaks and gourmet pizzas. There is also a wide selection of South Australian wines and local and imported beers.

Standard Holiday Units

Set at the foot of Rawnsley Bluff, these comfortable self-contained holiday units provide the perfect base for exploring the Flinders Ranges. Available in one, two and three-bedroom configurations, they’re ideal for families and groups of friends and come complete with fully equipped kitchens, private decks with outdoor setting, newly renovated ensuite bathrooms, TVs and DVD players and air-conditioning. Picnic areas with free gas barbecues are provided, or take the short stroll to the Woolshed Restaurant for dinner. There’s also a shop, fuel and swimming pool available in our caravan park – a short drive or 15-minute walk away.

This pool is open from 10am to sunset.  As with all of the other pools, this pool will be closed from May to mid September.
